That does not mean there is no answer. Send us the question on WhatsApp and a person will reply, usually within working hours.
Admissions
Is there an entrance test or an interview?
No. Bring your documents, fill in the admission form, and you can be enrolled the same day.
What documents do I need to bring?
A photo identity card, proof of your last qualification, and two passport size photographs. If you are under eighteen, please come with a parent or guardian.
What is the minimum qualification?
Short courses such as CCC, Tally, DTP and typing are open to everybody. For the 15 month ADIT program we normally expect class 10 to be completed.
See all coursesCan I join in the middle of the month?
Usually yes. New batches start through the month, so ask your nearest campus for the next starting date of the course you want.
Is there an age limit?
There is no upper age limit. School students, college students, working people and homemakers all study in our labs.
Fees and payments
Why are the fees not printed on the website?
Because a printed fee goes out of date without anybody noticing, and a wrong number on a website is worse than no number at all. Ask us and you get the current amount in one reply.
How do I find out the fee for a course?
Send us the course name on WhatsApp or call the campus you plan to join. You get the current fee, what it includes, and the payment schedule in the same conversation.
Ask on WhatsAppIs the fee the same at every campus?
Fees are decided by the institute and not by individual staff. Confirm the current amount for the campus you plan to join before you pay.
Do I get a receipt for every payment?
Yes. Every payment is entered in our records and you receive a printed receipt. Please keep your receipts until the course is over.
What happens if I leave the course after joining?
Once the classes of your batch have started, a refund is not initiated. The full rule, including what happens if you cancel before the first class, is on one short page.

How many students share one computer?
One student, one computer, for the whole class. Practice time is not something you should have to take turns for.
Which course should I choose?
Tell us what you want at the end of it, a government job form, an office job, your own shop work, or a full career in IT, and we will point you at the shortest honest route. ADIT is our complete 15 month program.
Compare the coursesAre the classes practical or only theory?
Most of every class is spent working on the computer. Theory is explained where it is needed and then practised immediately.
Can I change my batch timing later?
Usually yes, if a seat is free in the timing you want. Speak to the campus in charge rather than simply stopping your classes.
What if I miss some classes?
Tell your trainer. Topics you missed are covered again during doubt time, and if your routine has changed we will look for a batch that suits you better.
Certificates
Do I get a certificate at the end?
Yes. Every course ends with a certificate, issued after you complete the course and clear any pending dues.
How can an employer check that my certificate is genuine?
Anybody can verify it on our website using the certificate number and the date of birth printed on it. No login and no phone call needed.
Verify a certificateI lost my certificate. Can I get another one?
Yes. Apply in writing at the campus where you studied. A duplicate is issued as a reprint of the same record, and a charge applies for it.
Is the certificate accepted everywhere?
Our certificate proves that you completed the course at IICT and it can be verified by anyone online. Whether a particular employer or department accepts a private certificate is their decision, so ask us about the examining body for your course before you enrol.
Campuses and timings
How many campuses do you have?
We teach at 5 campuses, with the head office in Muzaffarnagar and further campuses at Almaspur, Mansurpur, Baghra and Bijnor.
See all campusesWhat are your working hours?
Mon - Sat, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Batch timings inside those hours differ from campus to campus, so ask for the timing that suits you.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No. Walk in during working hours, see the lab, meet the trainers and ask whatever you want before you decide anything.
Can I move to a different campus in the middle of my course?
That is usually arranged if the same course is running there. Ask at your current campus first so your record moves with you.
After the course
Do you help students find a job?
We do not promise a job, and you should be careful of any institute that does. What we do is teach the work properly, sharpen your typing and interview basics, and tell you when we hear of an opening.
Can I come back for doubts after the course ends?
Yes. Former students are welcome to come back to their campus with a genuine doubt about what they studied here.
Do you prepare students for government typing tests?
Yes. We run separate English and Hindi typing courses with regular speed and accuracy tests on the pattern used by government examinations.
Then ask a person, not a page
Nobody has to fill a form to talk to us. Send a message, ring the office, or simply walk into the nearest campus during working hours.
